摘要

人工制备煤样,通常使用二分器往往由于初始煤量与二分器定比例缩分不适配,无法获得与国家标准要求的质量一致的煤样。本文主要介绍一种使用二分器将不同级别煤样混合缩分的制样方法--错级缩分;通过理论计算对比错级缩分煤样与逐级缩分煤样的精密度、正确度及准确度,并以试验比对分析两种缩分方法的煤质数据差异,从而得出该方法是否可行的结论。

Abstract

In the preparation of coal samples by manual method, the divisor is usually used. However, due to the incompatibility between the initial coal amount and the proportion of the divisor, it is impossible to obtain coal samples with the same quality as the national standard requirements. This paper mainly introduces a sample preparation method using a dichotomous device to mix and subdivide different levels of coal samples - cross level division ; through the theoretical calculation, the precision, accuracy and accuracy of the cross level division coal sample and the step-by-step division coal sample are compared, and the difference ofthe coal quality data of the two reduction methods is compared and analyzed by the test, so as to draw the conclusion whether the method is feasible.?????
