白芍株间避苗除草装备设计与试验

摘要
白芍具有极大的药用价值,然而草害问题对白芍的生长产生严重影响。结合白芍种植农艺以及除草要求,设计了一种株间曲柄摇杆式往复摆动型避苗除草装置(简称株间除草装置),建立株间除草装置的三维实体模型、避苗运动轨迹数学模型和力学模型,使用ADAMS仿真软件对株间除草装置的避苗运动轨迹进行仿真分析。通过设计三因素三水平正交试验,探究株间除草装置作业速度、作业深度、作业提前量与除草率、伤苗率之间的关系,对试验数据进行分析,结果显示,除草率最高为84.13%,伤苗率最低为3.29%。
Abstract
Weed infestation exerts a severe impact on the growth of white peony root (Paeonia lactiflora) that possesses significant medicinal value. Based on the agronomic practices of P. lactiflora cultivation agronomy and weeding requirements, an inter-plant seedling-avoiding weeding device with crank-rocker reciprocating swing (referred to as "inter-plant weeding device" for short) was designed. A three-dimensional solid model, a mathematical model of the seedling-avoiding motion trajectory, and a mechanical model of the inter-plant crank-rocker reciprocating weeding device were established. The ADAMS simulation software was used to analyze the seedling-avoiding motion trajectory of the inter-plant weeding device. A three-factor three-level orthogonal experiment was designed to investigate the relationships between the device\'s operating speed, operating depth, operation lead distance and the weeding rate/seedling damage rate. Results from the analysis of the experimental data reveals a maximum weeding rate of 84.13% and a minimum seedling damage rate of 3.29%.关键词
