摘要
针对双目相机与结构光投影仪系统的高精度几何标定问题,本文提出一种融合传统双目标定与八参数相位映射的联合标定方法。该方法首先利用张正友标定法获取双目相机的内外参数初值,为后续优化提供可靠的几何约束。随后,通过引入八参数相位法建立投影仪相位空间与相机成像坐标系之间的非线性映射关系,以替代传统的逆相机模型描述,从而有效提高投影仪参数估计的准确性与稳定性。在此基础上,本文构建融合双目重投影误差与相机-投影仪重投影误差的联合优化模型,并采用自适应权重调节机制平衡不同误差项的量级差异,以实现整体最优的参数估计。实验结果表明,该方法在多种双目结构光配置下均能获得较高的标定精度与较好的鲁棒性,验证了所提算法在复杂场景中对系统几何关系精确建模的有效性与适用性。Abstract
To address the challenge of high-precision geometric calibration for stereo camera and structured light projector systems, this paper proposes a joint calibration method integrating traditional stereo calibration with an eight-parameter phase mapping approach. The method first employs Zhang Zhengyou\'s calibration technique to obtain initial values for the stereo camera\'s internal and external parameters, providing reliable geometric constraints for subsequent optimization. Subsequently, the eighResearch on Joint Calibration Methods for Stereo Structured Light Systemst-parameter phase mapping technique is introduced to establish a nonlinear mapping relationship between the projector\'s phase space and the camera\'s imaging coordinate system, replacing the traditional inverse camera model description. Building upon this foundation, this paper constructs a joint optimization model that integrates stereo reprojection errors with camera-projector reprojection errors. Experimental results demonstrate that this method achieves high calibration accuracy and robust performance across various stereo structured light configurations, validating the proposed algorithm\'s effectiveness and applicability for precise modeling of system geometry in complex scenes. 关键词
