摘要

六角铁氧体是一类具有典型六方磁铅石晶体结构的功能磁性材料,凭借强磁晶各向异性、宽频段铁磁共振响应、优异化学稳定性及独特自偏置潜力,在微波通信、电磁防护、自旋电子学等领域展现出不可替代的应用价值。本文系统阐述了六角铁氧体的晶体结构特征与磁学核心特性,梳理了块体、薄膜 / 厚膜及织构化材料的主流制备工艺技术要点与创新方向,深入分析了其在微波非互易无源器件、电磁干扰抑制与吸波材料、超高密度磁存储等领域的应用现状与实践成效,并针对当前研究面临的高频低损耗瓶颈、工艺兼容性不足、性能与成本难以平衡等核心挑战,展望了原子级结构调控、低温兼容制备、多功能异质结构筑及绿色化制备等未来突破方向,为高性能六角铁氧体的研发与产业化落地提供了全面的理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract

Hexagonal ferrites are a class of functional magnetic materials with typical hexagonal magnetoplumbite crystal structures. Owing to their strong magnetocrystalline anisotropy, broadband ferromagnetic resonance response, excellent chemical stability, and unique self-biasing potential, they exhibit irreplaceable application value in fields such as microwave communication, electromagnetic protection, and spintronics. This paper systematically expounds the crystal structure characteristics and core magnetic properties of hexagonal ferrites, combs the technical key points and innovation directions of mainstream preparation processes for bulk, thin/thick film, and textured materials, and deeply analyzes their application status and practical effects in microwave non-reciprocal passive devices, electromagnetic interference suppression and absorbing materials, ultra-high-density magnetic storage, and other fields. Aiming at the core challenges faced by current research, such as high-frequency low-loss bottlenecks, insufficient process compatibility, and difficulty in balancing performance and cost, the future breakthrough directions including atomic-level structure regulation, low-temperature compatible preparation, multifunctional heterojunction construction, and green preparation are prospected, which provides comprehensive theoretical reference and practical guidance for the research and development and industrialization of high-performance hexagonal ferrites.
