摘要

随着我国迈入高质量发展新阶段,培养兼具精湛专业技能与高尚道德情怀的卓越工程师成为建设科技强国的战略性需求。然而,专业学位研究生的《工程伦理》教学仍面临价值引领"表层化"、教学内容与实践"双重脱节"、教学方法"单向灌输"等突出问题。针对上述困境,本研究构建"价值引领-情境驱动-多元协同"三位一体的课程思政融合路径,具体包括:重构"价值-伦理"双线并行的内容体系,将社会主义核心价值观、家国情怀、工匠精神等思政元素有机融入知识传授;建设本土化阶梯式案例库,实现从职业操守到战略伦理的递进教学;创新"线上筑基-线下内化"混合教学模式,通过案例研讨、角色扮演深化价值认同;组建多学科背景教学团队,凝聚协同育人合力。实践表明,该路径可有效破解思政与专业教学"两张皮"困境,为培养新时代卓越工程师提供实践参照。

Abstract

As China enters a new stage of high-quality development, cultivating outstanding engineers with both advanced professional skills and high moral integrity has become a strategic necessity for building a technologically powerful nation. However, the current teaching of Engineering Ethics for master\'s degree students still faces prominent problems, such as the superficiality of value guidance, the disconnect between teaching content and practice, and the one-way knowledge transmission in teaching methods. In response to these challenges, this study constructs a tripartite ideological and political integration path of "value guidance-context-driven-multidisciplinary collaboration." Specific measures include: restructuring the dual-line "value-ethics" content system to organically integrate socialist core values, a sense of national mission, and the spirit of craftsmanship into knowledge delivery; developing a localized, tiered case library to achieve progressive teaching from professional ethics to strategic ethical considerations; innovating a blended "online foundation-offline internalization" teaching model, deepening value recognition through case studies and role-playing; and forming a multidisciplinary teaching team to foster collaborative educational synergy. Practice shows that this approach can effectively resolve the disconnect between ideological education and professional teaching, providing a practical reference for cultivating outstanding engineers in the new era.
