A Configuration Analysis of Factors Influencing User Adoption Intention for the DeepSeek-Empowered Government Service Intelligence Platform
摘要
[目的/意义]探索分析DeepSeek赋能的政务智能服务平台用户使用意愿的影响因素组态路径,为政务智能服务平台后续优化发展与用户体验优化提供相关决策支持。[方法/过程]通过文献资料法与德尔菲界值法提取影响用户使用政务智能服务平台的前因变量;基于396份有效回收问卷数据,进行信效度检验、变量赋值与校准等预处理操作;运用fsQCA方法展开实证分析,识别变量之间的充分必要复杂因果关系。[结果/结论]研究发现,移情交互力(AHCI)是构成影响用户使用意愿的主要动因;挖掘出3组触发用户产生高使用意愿的条件组态和1组触发用户产生低使用意愿条件组态;并结合实证分析结果,提出4点实践启示:(1)强化平台核心能力建设,夯实智能服务根基;(2)完善数据主权控制机制,构建权限分层管理体系;(3)深化移情交互服务,平衡效率与人性化需求;(4)建立差异化用户响应策略,优化平台条件配置。
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance] This study investigates the configurational paths influencing users adoption intention of the DeepSeek-empowered Government Service Intelligence Platform, thereby providing actionable insights for the platforms future development and user experience optimization.The findings provide decision-making support for optimizing the development of government intelligent service platforms and enhancing user experience. [Methods/Process] Through literature review and Delphi threshold method, antecedent variables affecting user adoption were identified. Based on 396 valid questionnaires, preprocessing operations including reliability/validity tests, variable assignment, and calibration were conducted. Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) was employed to empirically analyze complex causal relationships among variables. [Results/Conclusions] Findings reveal that affective human-computer interaction (AHCI) serves as the primary driver of user adoption intention. Three conditional configurations triggering high adoption intention and one configuration leading to low adoption intention were identified. Practical implications include: (1) strengthening core platform capabilities to consolidate intelligent service foundations; (2) improving data sovereignty control mechanisms with hierarchical permission management; (3) deepening empathic interaction design to balance efficiency and humanized needs; (4) esTablelishing differentiated user response strategies for optimized platform configuration.关键词
