摘要

针对中小型电商仓储面对订单波动时,由于资源有限、任务分配不合理而出现的效率与成本平衡困难的问题,本研究突破传统任务分配规则局限,以混合区商品为决策核心,设计全动态任务分配机制。该机制综合订单属性、资源位置及负载等多种因素,构建以最小化系统最大完工时间和总运营成本为目标的双目标优化模型,采用改进的NSGA-II算法求解得到帕累托最优解集。实验表明,与传统固定的任务分配规则相比,所提方法可以在不提高成本的基础上实现效率的提高,验证了全动态分配机制在平衡效率与成本这两个目标上的优越性,为资源受限下的中小型电商仓储调度提供新的参考。

Abstract

To address efficiency and cost balancing challenges in small-to-medium e-commerce warehouses facing order fluctuations due to limited resources and inefficient task allocation, this study breaks through the limitations of traditional task assignment rules. By focusing on mixed-zone goods as the core decision-making element, we design a fully dynamic task allocation mechanism. This mechanism integrates multiple factors including order attributes, resource locations, and workload to construct a dual-objective optimization model aimed at minimizing both maximum system completion time and total operational costs. The proposed method employs an improved NSGA-II algorithm to obtain a set of Pareto-optimal solutions. Experimental results demonstrate that compared with traditional fixed task allocation rules, the proposed approach achieves efficiency improvements without increasing costs, validating the superiority of the fully dynamic allocation mechanism in balancing efficiency and cost. This provides new references for resource-constrained small-to-medium e-commerce warehouse scheduling.
