摘要
横梁作为导轨成形磨床关键承力与运动部件,其动态性能直接影响到整机的加工精度与运行稳定性。针对导轨成形磨床横梁结构在高速磨削工况下存在的振动问题,本文以横梁为研究对象,基于有限元方法对横梁装配体开展系统的分析,获取其固有频率与振型特征。在此基础上,围绕提高结构刚度与一阶固有频率,提出多种横梁结构优化方案,并对不同方案的动力学性能进行对比分析,确定合理的优化设计。通过对优化后的横梁装配体进行锤击法模态实验,验证有限元分析结果的准确性。
Abstract
As a critical load-bearing and motion component of a guideway profile grinding machine, the dynamic performance of the crossbeam directly affects the machining accuracy and operational stability of the entire machine. In response to vibration issues in the crossbeam structure of the guideway profile grinding machine under high-speed grinding conditions, this paper takes the crossbeam as the research object and conducts a systematic analysis of the crossbeam assembly based on the finite element method to obtain its natural frequencies and mode shapes. On this basis, focusing on improving structural stiffness and the first-order natural frequency, multiple crossbeam structural optimization schemes are proposed, and the dynamic performance of different schemes is comparatively analyzed to determine a reasonable optimal design. By performing an impact hammer modal test on the optimized crossbeam assembly, the accuracy of the finite element analysis results is verified.关键词
