数字化转型能促进企业绿色新质生产力的形成吗?--来自中国制造业上市公司的证据
Can Digital Transformation Promote the Formation of Green New Quality Productive Forces in Enterprises? - Evidence from Chinese Listed Manufacturing Companies
摘要
数字经济时代，推动数字化转型，培育绿色新质生产力，是实现我国经济高质量发展的关键路径。本文在对数字化转型如何促进制造企业绿色新质生产力形成的理论分析基础上，构建理论模型，并选取2012年-2022年沪深A股制造业上市公司为研究样本，实证分析数字化转型对制造企业绿色新质生产力形成的影响及其作用机制。研究发现：数字化转型对制造企业绿色新质生产力有显著的正向促进作用，其中创新能力和ESG表现在这一过程中起到了重要的中介作用。对于东部地区企业、大规模企业、国有企业而言，这种促进效应更加明显。据此，从制造企业应加大数字化转型力度，通过提升创新能力和加强ESG表现，推动绿色新质生产力的提升，进而实现可持续发展的目标等方面提出对策建议。
Abstract
In the era of the digital economy, promoting digital transformation and cultivating Green New Quality Productive Forces are key paths to achieving high-quality economic development in China. Based on a theoretical analysis of how digital transformation facilitates the formation of Green New Quality Productive Forces in manufacturing enterprises, this paper constructs a theoretical model and selects A-share listed manufacturing companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2022 as research samples to empirically analyze the impact of digital transformation on the formation of Green New Quality Productive Forces in manufacturing enterprises and its mechanism of action. The study finds that digital transformation has a significant positive promoting effect on Green New Quality Productive Forces in manufacturing enterprises, among which innovation capability and ESG performance play important mediating roles in this process. This promoting effect is more pronounced for enterprises in eastern China, large-scale enterprises, and state-owned enterprises. Accordingly, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as manufacturing enterprises should strengthen digital transformation efforts, enhance innovation capability, and improve ESG performance to promote the upgrading of Green New Quality Productive Forces and thus achieve the goal of sustainable development.关键词
