摘要
1990年2月，一份专门研究中国科技期刊问题的学术期刊——《中国科技期刊研究》（以下简称《期刊研究》）正式创刊，这是属于中国期刊人自己的学术交流平台。该刊由中国科学院主管、中国科学院自然科学期刊编辑研究会（以下简称期刊研究会）和中国科学院文献情报中心共同主办。《期刊研究》由言静霞等前辈创办，她先后担任副主编、主编、名誉主编，为《期刊研究》的创办与发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。早在1985年，她就参与发起和筹建了中国科学院自然科学期刊编辑研究会，主张刊会一体，为期刊研究会和期刊的协同发展奠定了坚实的基础。在过去的几十年，中国的科技期刊取得了长足的进步，与国际一流的差距在缩小，办刊能力在不断壮大，期刊的影响力在持续提升，编辑出版的学术研究能力也同步提高。编辑们撰写了大量的文章，或是对办刊经验的深度总结（最佳实践），或是对期刊发展问题的前瞻性思考（理论凝练）。作为《期刊研究》有责任将这些优秀论文发表出来，为期刊界所分享，并引发更多的研究或实践应用。
Abstract
In February 1990, an academic journal dedicated to researching issues related to Chinese scientific and technological journals, "Research on Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals" (hereinafter referred to as "Journal Research"), was officially launched. It serves as an academic exchange platform for Chinese journalists. The journal is jointly sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the CAS Natural Science Journal Editing Research Association (hereinafter referred to as the Journal Research Association), and the CAS Documentation and Information Center. "Journal Research" was founded by predecessors such as Yan Jingxia, who successively served as Associate Editor, Editor-in-Chief, and Honorary Editor-in-Chief, making indelible contributions to the establishment and development of "Journal Research". As early as 1985, she participated in the initiation and preparation of the CAS Natural Science Journal Editing Research Association, advocating for the integration of journals and associations, laying a solid foundation for the collaborative development of the Journal Research Association and journals. Over the past few decades, Chinas scientific and technological journals have made significant progress, narrowing the gap with international first-class journals, continuously strengthening their publishing capabilities, continuously enhancing the influence of journals, and simultaneously improving the academic research capabilities of editing and publishing. Editors have written a large number of articles, either providing in-depth summaries of publishing experience (best practices) or offering forward-looking reflections on issues related to journal development (theoretical condensation). As "Journal Research" has the responsibility to publish these excellent papers, share them with the journal community, and trigger more research or practical applications.关键词
