摘要

质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)由于其出色的能量转换效率和环境兼容性而成为推动全球可持续能源系统进步的关键技术。然而,由于阴极处固有的缓慢ORR动力学,在当前催化剂系统中大量的铂仍然是必不可少的,用以维持可行的反应速率和装置效率。此外,由于铂催化剂的高成本和不足的耐久性,PEMFC的商业化受到阻碍。为了应对这些挑战,铂基合金催化剂作为先进的ORR材料被广泛研究。本文通过引入过渡金属元素Cr到Pt晶格上,进一步提升其电催化性能。

Abstract

Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) have become a key technology driving the advancement of global sustainable energy systems due to their outstanding energy conversion efficiency and environmental compatibility.However, due to the inherently sluggish ORR kinetics at the cathode, a significant amount of platinum remains indispensable in the current catalyst system to maintain a feasible reaction rate and device efficiency. To address these challenges, platinum-based alloy catalysts have been extensively studied as advanced ORR materials. This paper enhances the electrocatalytic performance of Pt by introducing transition metal element Cr into the Pt lattice, thereby optimizing the d-band electron configuration of Pt atoms.
