摘要
髋部骨折是老年人群中常见的严重损伤，手术治疗后患者常并发胃肠功能紊乱，表现为腹胀、便秘、恶心呕吐、食欲不振等，严重影响术后恢复、营养状况及整体预后。本文旨在综述近年来髋部骨折术后胃肠功能紊乱的相关机制及护理干预措施的最新进展，以期为临床护理实践提供循证依据。
Abstract
Hip fracture is a common severe injury in the elderly population. Patients are often complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgical treatment, which is manifested as abdominal distension, constipation, nausea and vomiting, anorexia and other symptoms, seriously affecting postoperative recovery, nutritional status and overall prognosis. This paper aims to review the latest progress in the relevant mechanisms and nursing intervention measures of gastrointestinal dysfunction after hip fracture surgery in recent years, so as to provide evidence-based basis for clinical nursing practice.关键词
