摘要

针对复杂信道环境下传统OFDM接收机鲁棒性不足以及现有深度学习接收机计算复杂度固定、缺乏信道自适应能力的问题,研究了一种基于自适应协作网络(Adaptive Cooperative Network,ACNet)的OFDM智能接收机结构。该方法通过构建具有不同功能侧重的子网络分支,并引入门控机制根据信道状态动态选择参与推理的网络路径,使系统在信道条件较差时能够利用更多网络能力提升检测性能,在信道条件较好时减少参与计算的参数规模以降低推理复杂度。同时,利用自注意力机制对各子网络输出特征进行协同建模,实现多分支信息的自适应融合。基于OFDM通信系统构建仿真数据集,并在多种信道条件下对模型性能进行验证。仿真结果表明,该方法在不同信道环境中均能够获得较优的误比特率性能,并在保证检测精度的同时有效降低计算复杂度,体现出良好的鲁棒性和应用潜力。

Abstract

To address the limited robustness of conventional OFDM receivers in complex channel environments and the fixed computational complexity of existing deep learning-based receivers, an intelligent OFDM receiver based on an Adaptive Cooperative Network (ACNet) is investigated. The proposed approach constructs subnetworks with different functional focuses and introduces a gating mechanism to dynamically select inference paths according to channel conditions. This design enables the receiver to utilize more network capacity to improve detection performance under challenging channel conditions while reducing computational complexity when the channel quality is favorable. In addition, a self-attention mechanism is employed to collaboratively model the outputs of different subnetworks and achieve adaptive fusion of multi-branch features. A simulation dataset is constructed based on an OFDM communication system, and the performance of the proposed model is evaluated under various channel conditions. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves improved bit error rate performance in different channel environments while effectively reducing computational complexity, indicating good robustness and application potential.
