摘要

针对传统单塔低温蒸馏工艺在氪氙净化过程中存在的能耗高、对外部液氮依赖性强以及操作灵活性差等问题,本研究提出了一种集成冷能自循环和塔间热集成的双塔耦合脱氧工艺。洗涤塔和脱氧塔实现了氪氙预分离和深度脱氧的功能分区,并通过节流阀减压和热交换器能量传递构建了一个闭式冷能循环系统,以取代外部液氮冷源。对关键操作参数进行了优化,并与传统工艺进行了技术经济性能的综合评估。结果表明,优化后的工艺能够生产出纯度大于或等于99.999mol%的高纯度氧气,氧气回收率大于或等于99.9999mol%。同时,冷却负荷和加热负荷分别降低至6.01千瓦和12.14千瓦。所提出的双塔工艺能显著增加运行范围,并且能耗显著降低。即便液氮价格出现±30%的波动,其成本优势仍十分显著。所提出的双塔耦合脱氧工艺为稀有气体提取行业的节能转型提供了全新的技术解决方案,并且对于具有类似分离需求的低温气体分离领域具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption, heavy reliance on external liquid nitrogen and poor operational flexibility in the traditional single-column cryogenic distillation process for krypton-xenon (Kr-Xe) purification, this study proposes a dual-column coupled deoxygenation process integrated with cold energy self-circulation and inter-column heat integration. The scrubbing column and deoxygenation column realize the functional zoning of Kr-Xe pre-separation and deep deoxygenation, and a closed-loop cold energy circulation system is constructed via throttle valve decompression and heat exchanger energy transfer to replace the external liquid nitrogen cold source. The key operating parameters are optimized while the technical and economic performance of the proposed process are comprehensively evaluated in comparison with the traditional process. The results indicate that the optimized process can produce high-purity oxygen with a purity greater than or equal to 99.999 mol%, achieving an oxygen recovery rate greater than or equal to 99.9999 mol%. Concurrently, the cooling load and heating load were reduced to 6.01 kW and 12.14 kW, respectively. The proposed dual-column process has a significantly widened operating window, and its energy consumption decreases rapidly. It maintains a substantial cost advantage even with ±30% fluctuations in liquid nitrogen prices. The proposed dual-column coupled deoxygenation process provides a novel technical solution for the energy-saving transformation of the rare gas extraction industry and possessing important application value for the cryogenic gas separation field with analogous separation demands.
