摘要

有机氟化物在药物化学、材料科学与农用化学品领域应用广泛,氟原子的引入可有效调控分子的电子性质与空间构型,进而优化药物的生物活性及代谢稳定性。近二十年来,随着各类氟化试剂的不断创新与合成策略的持续发展,氟化反应研究在基础理论探索与实际应用推广层面均取得了重大进展。本文重点梳理近年来该领域的代表性研究成果,深入剖析不同结构类型亲电氟化试剂的反应特性、作用机制及底物普适性的拓展路径,以期为后续烯烃氟化相关的科研探索提供理论参考与思路借鉴。

Abstract

Organofluorine compounds are widely applied in medicinal chemistry, materials science and agrochemistry. The introduction of fluorine atoms can effectively regulate the electronic properties and spatial configuration of molecules, thereby optimizing the biological activity and metabolic stability of pharmaceuticals. Over the past two decades, with the continuous innovation of various fluorinating reagents and the sustained development of synthetic strategies, significant progress has been made in fluorination reaction research at both the level of fundamental theoretical exploration and practical application. This paper mainly summarizes the representative research achievements in this field in recent years, and deeply analyzes the reaction characteristics, mechanism and expansion pathways of substrate universality of different types of electrophilic fluorinating reagents, so as to provide theoretical references and ideas for the subsequent scientific research related to alkene fluorination.
