摘要

锅炉作为工业领域核心的热能转换特种设备,长期在高温、高压、腐蚀、磨损的复杂工况下运行,部件老化与故障问题突出,专业检修是保障其安全稳定运行的核心手段,而检修技术的创新应用与数字化落地则是提升检修工作质量和效率的关键。本文在阐述锅炉专业检修核心价值的基础上,聚焦状态监测、无损检测、焊接修复、清灰除垢等核心技术的创新应用场景,结合电力行业锅炉检修实际数据与通用案例分析,指出当前检修工作中存在的技术应用固化、数字化程度低、全流程管控缺失等问题,创新性提出"数字化+技术融合"的锅炉检修管理体系、基于设备全生命周期的检修技术适配模型以及检修质量闭环管控机制,并通过图表量化分析技术应用效果,针对性制定兼具实用性与创新性的优化策略,旨在通过技术创新与数字化赋能锅炉专业检修,保障锅炉安全稳定高效运行,延长设备使用寿命,提高能源利用效率,为工业企业生产运营的可持续发展提供有力支撑。

Abstract

As a core thermal energy conversion special equipment in the industrial field, boilers operate for a long time under complex working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, corrosion, and wear, resulting in prominent problems of component aging and failures. Professional maintenance is a key means to ensure their safe and stable operation, while the innovative application and digital implementation of maintenance technologies are crucial to improving the quality and efficiency of maintenance work. Based on expounding the core value of professional boiler maintenance, this paper focuses on the innovative application scenarios of core technologies such as condition monitoring, non-destructive testing, welding repair, and ash and scale removal. Combined with the actual data and general case analysis of boiler maintenance in the power industry, it points out the existing problems in current maintenance work, including rigid technical application, low digitalization level, and lack of full-process control. It innovatively proposes a "digitalization + technology integration" boiler maintenance management system, a maintenance technology adaptation model based on the whole life cycle of equipment, and a closed-loop management mechanism for maintenance quality. Quantitative analysis of technical application effects is conducted through charts, and practical and innovative optimization strategies are formulated targeting the problems. The purpose is to empower professional boiler maintenance through technological innovation and digitalization, ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of boilers, extend the service life of equipment, improve energy utilization efficiency, and provide strong support for the sustainable development of industrial enterprises\' production and operation.
