摘要
药物递送系统(DDS)是药学、材料科学与生物医学深度交叉的核心研究领域,更是突破传统药物给药瓶颈、推动精准医疗发展的关键技术支撑。该系统整合多学科技术手段构建功能性递送载体与装置,可精准调控药物在体内的代谢、分布与释放规律,有效解决传统制剂半衰期短、靶向性不足、生物利用度低等核心问题,显著提升临床治疗效果并降低药物毒副作用。本文系统梳理载体型、靶向型、智能型药物递送系统及药物递送装置的研究现状、核心特性与应用优势,深入分析当前药物递送系统发展面临的生物相容性、靶向精度、控释稳定性等核心挑战,旨在为新型药物递送体系的研发与临床转化提供理论参考和实践思路。
Abstract
Drug delivery systems (DDS) represent a core interdisciplinary research field integrating pharmacy, materials science and biomedicine, and also serve as a pivotal technical support for breaking through the bottlenecks of traditional drug administration and advancing the development of precision medicine. By integrating multidisciplinary technical means to construct functional delivery carriers and devices, this system can precisely regulate the metabolic, distribution and release rules of drugs in vivo, effectively address the core problems of traditional preparations such as short half-life, insufficient targeting ability and low bioavailability, and significantly improve clinical therapeutic efficacy while reducing drug toxic and side effects. This paper systematically sorts out the research status, core characteristics and application advantages of carrier-based, targeted and intelligent drug delivery systems as well as special delivery devices, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the key challenges faced by the current development of drug delivery systems, including biocompatibility, targeting accuracy and controlled-release stability, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical ideas for the research and development and clinical translation of novel drug delivery systems.关键词
