基于国产ARM-FPGA的远程EDA实验平台设计与实现
Remote EDA Experiment Platform Based on Domestic ARM-FPGA
摘要
针对传统EDA实验平台设备成本高、实验资源受限以及远程实验能力不足等问题,设计并实现了一种基于国产ARM与FPGA协同架构的远程EDA实验平台。系统采用国产GD32系列ARM处理器与GW2A系列FPGA构建软硬件协同架构,并自行设计ARM控制单板与FPGA实验单板作为硬件基础。ARM端负责网络通信、文件管理及系统控制,通过以太网实现远程实验访问;FPGA端提供可重构逻辑资源用于实验执行。系统通过并行总线接口实现ARM与FPGA之间的高速数据交互,并利用嵌入式实时操作系统构建网络通信、文件管理与硬件控制等多任务软件框架,实现FPGA远程配置与实验数据交互功能。实验结果表明,该平台能够稳定完成FPGA远程编程与ARM-FPGA高速通信,具有良好的稳定性与扩展能力。研究成果为构建低成本、可扩展的EDA远程实验平台提供了一种有效实现方案,并为国产嵌入式软硬件在实验教学中的应用提供参考。
Abstract
In this paper, a remote EDA experimental platform based on a domestic ARM-FPGA cooperative architecture is proposed to address the high cost and limited accessibility of traditional EDA laboratory platforms. The system adopts a GD32 series ARM processor and a GW2A series FPGA to construct a hardware-software collaborative architecture, with custom ARM control and FPGA experimental boards serving as the hardware foundation. The ARM processor handles network communication, file management, and system control to enable remote experiment access via Ethernet, while the FPGA provides reconfigurable logic resources for experiment execution. A parallel bus interface enables high-speed data interaction between ARM and FPGA. An embedded real-time operating system is employed to implement multitask management of network communication, file operations, and hardware control, supporting remote FPGA configuration and data exchange. Experimental results demonstrate stable remote FPGA programming and reliable ARM-FPGA communication, indicating good stability and scalability.关键词
