纳米材料在治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展
Research Progress of Nanomaterials in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke
摘要
缺血性脑卒中（Cerebral Ischemic Stroke，CIS）具有较高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率的特点，已经严重影响到了患者的日常生活。根据世界卫生组织（WHO）最新数据表明，全球每年新发脑卒中病例高达 1700 万，其中约30%的患者因救治无效死亡，因此，本文综述了治疗缺血性脑卒中的各种研究方法以期为缺血性脑卒中的治疗提供一定帮助。
Abstract
Cerebral Ischemic Stroke (CIS) is characterized by a high incidence, disability rate, and mortality rate, and has seriously affected the daily lives of patients. According to the latest data from the World Health Organization (WHO), there are as many as 17 million new cases of stroke worldwide each year, and approximately 30% of patients die due to ineffective treatment[1]. Therefore, this paper reviews various research methods for the treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke, aiming to provide certain references for the treatment of CIS.关键词
