An Endogenous Carbon Value-Driven Adaptive Search Algorithm for Dynamic Matching of En-Route Vehicles

摘要
针对在途车辆动态匹配中经济利润与环境责任的冲突,构建经济与环境价值集成的匹配优化模型。模型引入市场碳交易机制量化环境影响,结合车辆实时状态核算动态剩余成本与剩余排放,确立边际总价值最大化的目标函数。为求解该多约束组合优化问题,设计自适应大邻域搜索算法(adaptive large neighborhood search, ALNS)。该算法构造高成本移除与服务水平协议(service level agreement, SLA)瓶颈移除算子,并引入代理评估三阶段修复策略突破计算瓶颈。仿真实验表明,在融合真实市场碳价的大规模混合分布场景下,系统总价值较基准策略提升20.74%;面对强约束动态场景,订单接受率由0提升至68.75%,达成经济利润增长20.8%与碳减排量增加13.8%的帕累托改进。
Abstract
A matching optimization model integrating economic and environmental values resolves the conflict between profit and environmental responsibility in en-route vehicle dynamic matching. The model quantifies environmental impacts via the market carbon trading mechanism and calculates dynamic residual costs and emissions based on real-time vehicle states to establish an objective function maximizing marginal total value. An adaptive large neighborhood search (ALNS) algorithm solves this multi-constraint combinatorial optimization problem. This algorithm constructs high-cost removal and service level agreement (SLA) bottleneck removal operators, introducing a proxy evaluation three-stage repair strategy to overcome computational bottlenecks. Simulation experiments verify that under large-scale mixed distribu-tion scenarios integrating real-world market carbon prices, the system total value increases by 20.74% compared with the baseline strategy. Under strong-constraint dynamic scenarios, the order acceptance rate rises from 0 to 68.7%, achieving a Pareto improvement with a 20.8% economic profit growth and a 13.8% carbon emission reduction incre-ment.关键词
