植物受体样蛋白激酶(RLK)的结构基础与激活机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Structural Basis and Activation Mechanisms of Plant Receptor-Like Kinases (RLK)
摘要
植物受体样蛋白激酶(Receptor-Like Kinases, RLK)是植物细胞信号转导网络中的核心组分,广泛参与生长发育、逆境响应、免疫防御等多种生理过程。其结构与激活机制的解析是阐明植物细胞信号传递分子路径的关键。本文结合已解析的RLK结构及相关功能研究,系统综述了RLK的家族分类与结构特征、激酶结构基础、经典与非经典激活机制,重点对比了植物FERONIA激酶与动物表皮生长因子受体(Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, EGFR)的激活差异,为后续RLK激活机制的深入探究提供参考。
Abstract
Plant Receptor-Like Kinases (RLKs) are core components of the cellular signal transduction network in plants, and are widely involved in various physiological processes such as growth and development, stress response, and immune defense. Elucidating their structure and activation mechanisms is the key to clarifying the molecular pathways of plant cell signal transmission. Combining the resolved RLK structures and related functional studies, this review systematically summarizes the family classification and structural characteristics of RLKs, the structural basis of their kinase domains, and the canonical and non-canonical activation mechanisms. It focuses on comparing the activation differences between the plant FERONIA kinase and the animal Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR), providing a reference for the in-depth exploration of RLK activation mechanisms in future research.关键词
