Synthesis of a precursor containing alkylidenecyclopropane and vinylidene ortho-quinone methides
摘要
亚烷基环丙烷是一种具有特殊环张力的小环结构，作为有机合成子广泛应用于各种环系的构建。联烯醌是一类反应中间体，具有反应位点多、反应活性高等特点。这两类化合物在有机化学领域和药物化学领域都具有重要的价值。在本研究中，我们将亚烷基环丙烷与联烯醌相结合，合成了一种结构新颖的含亚烷基环丙烷的联烯醌前体底物，丰富了联烯醌化学的应用范围，为后续联烯醌中间体构建新型手性化合物提供了新的思路。
Abstract
Alkylene cyclopropane is a small ring structure with special ring tension, which is widely used in the construction of various ring systems as an organic synthesizer. Vinylidene ortho-quinone methides is a kind of reaction intermediate with many reaction sites and high reactivity. These two kinds of compounds are of great value in the fields of organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry. In this study, we combined alkylene cyclopropane with vinylidene ortho-quinone methides to synthesize a novel precursor substrate of dienquinone containing alkylene cyclopropane, which enriched the application range of vinylidene ortho-quinone methides chemistry and provided a new idea for the subsequent construction of new chiral compounds of dienquinone intermediates.关键词
