摘要

肺腺癌(LUAD)总体临床预后欠佳,属于异质性最强、机制最为复杂的恶性肿瘤类型之一。研究表明,DNA损伤修复(DDR)通路及乳酸化相关基因(LRGs)均与肿瘤进展密切相关。本研究聚焦于兼具上述双重生物学功能的基因,评估其在肺腺癌患者预后标志物中的潜在价值。基于癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库,通过差异表达分析及单因素Cox回归筛选,我们鉴定出20个同时具有DDR与LRGs特征且与肺腺癌显著相关的差异表达基因,这些基因有望成为肺腺癌患者新型的预后生物标志物。

Abstract

Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) exhibits poor overall clinical prognosis and ranks among the most heterogeneous and complex cancers. Genes associated with DNA damage repair (DDR) and lactyaltion-related genes (LRGs) have been identified as contributors to cancer progression. Our study aims to explore the key role of genes possessing both functions in biomarkers for lung adenocarcinoma patients. Based on the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, we identified 20 differentially expressed genes associated with lung adenocarcinoma that simultaneously exhibit DDR and LRG functions through differential analysis and univariate Cox analysis. Consequently, the selected 20 genes may serve as potential biomarkers for lung adenocarcinoma patients.
