中药碳点对二型糖尿病降糖作用研究
Study on the Hypoglycemic Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine-Derived Carbon Dots on Type 2 Diabetes

摘要
目的：研究当前用于治疗糖尿病的中药配方中某些中药的单药碳点的降糖作用。方法：使用水热法制备黄连、黄柏、黄芩、柴胡、熟地黄等5种中药碳点，通过高脂饲料喂养联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素的方法构建C57BL/6J小鼠的二型糖尿病模型。将28只小鼠随机分成7组（n=4）：空白对照组（CTL）、二型糖尿病模型组（T2DM）、中药碳点实验组（共5组）。实验组碳点药物按照一定浓度连续灌胃3周，每3天对小鼠进行检测，检测指标为各组小鼠体重与空腹血糖水平。
结果：通过碳点实验组与T2DM组进行对照可知，在这5味中药中，有3种中药碳点具有单药降糖的作用，分别为黄连、黄柏和黄芩，而剩余的柴胡与熟大黄则不具有单药降糖作用。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic effects of single-herb carbon dots derived from certain Chinese medicinal herbs commonly used in current diabetes treatment formulas.Methods: Five types of herbal carbon dots were prepared using a hydrothermal method from Coptis chinensis (Huanglian), Phellodendron chinense (Huangbai), Scutellaria baicalensis (Huangqin), Bupleurum chinense (Chaihu), and Rehmannia glutinosa (Shudihuang). A type 2 diabetes mouse model was established in C57BL/6J mice by feeding a high-fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injections of streptozotocin. A total of 28 mice were randomly divided into 7 groups (n=4): a blank control group (CTL), a type 2 diabetes model group (T2DM), and five experimental groups treated with the different herbal carbon dots. The carbon dot treatments were administered via continuous gavage at specific concentrations for three weeks. The mice were monitored every three days, with body weight and fasting blood glucose levels recorded at each time point.
Results: Compared with the T2DM model group, three of the five selected herbal carbon dots-derived from Coptis chinensis, Phellodendron chinense, and Scutellaria baicalensis-demonstrated significant single-herb hypoglycemic effects. In contrast, the carbon dots derived from Bupleurum chinense and Rehmannia glutinosa did not exhibit glucose-lowering effects when used alone.关键词
