海外仓嵌入对跨境物流绩效与供应链韧性的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Integrating Overseas Warehouses on Cross-border Logistics Performance and Supply Chain Resilience

摘要
跨境电商多平台运营常态化下，海外仓的数字化协同能力成为优化物流绩效与增强供应链韧性的关键。本文以钱海众鑫供应链为第三方海外仓代表，与亚马逊FBA平台自营仓进行多维度比较，构建"数字化协同→物流绩效→供应链韧性"理论模型。基于300份问卷、45家企业面板数据（2022-2025）及双重差分法，采用结构方程模型、固定效应回归与深度案例研究。研究发现：(1) 数字化协同能力显著提升物流时效与成本效率；(2) 钱海众鑫在库存周转、多平台订单满足率和中断恢复时间上均显著优于亚马逊；(3) 物流绩效起完全中介作用，海外仓类型调节效应显著。本文提出"组合式海外仓策略矩阵"，为跨境企业供应链优化提供了理论与实证依据。
Abstract
Under the normalization of multi-platform operations in cross-border e-commerce, the digital collaboration capability of overseas warehouses has become crucial for optimizing logistics performance and enhancing supply chain resilience. This paper takes Qianhai Zhongxin Supply Chain as a representative of third-party overseas warehouses and conducts a multi-dimensional comparison with Amazon\'s FBA platform\'s self-operated warehouses, constructing a theoretical model of "digital collaboration → logistics performance → supply chain resilience". Based on 300 questionnaires, panel data from 45 enterprises (2022-2025), and the difference-in-differences method, structural equation modeling, fixed-effects regression, and in-depth case studies are employed. The research findings are as follows: (1) digital collaboration capability significantly improves logistics timeliness and cost efficiency; (2) Qianhai Zhongxin is significantly superior to Amazon in inventory turnover, multi-platform order fulfillment rate, and interruption recovery time; (3) logistics performance plays a fully mediating role, and the moderating effect of overseas warehouse type is significant. This paper proposes a "combined overseas warehouse strategy matrix", providing theoretical and empirical evidence for the optimization of cross-border enterprises\' supply chains.关键词
