摘要

为缓解市场对黄芩需求量的提升以及解决田间由于盲目施肥等导致黄芩产量下降、品质降低等问题,本实验采用氮磷钾三因素四水平的优化正交施肥方式,研究不同比例养分配施对收获期黄芩农艺性状及土壤指标等的影响,并采用隶属函数法及肥料效应方程计算出符合当地土壤肥力的最佳施肥方案。结果表明:不同施肥处理下增施氮肥有利于黄芩地上部的生长发育和土壤肥力的增加,增施磷肥有利于根的生长发育和干重产量,增施钾肥可提高黄芩植株的抗性;通过隶属函数综合评价得到N1P2K2处理的综合隶属函数值最大,植株各指标表现也较好;根据三元二次、二元二次和一元二次的拟合函数得到最佳氮磷钾施肥量为施氮量113.15 kg hm-2、施磷量150.00 kg hm-2、施钾量80.00 kg hm-2,该结果可用于本试验区早期黄芩生产关键阶段的施肥参考,为后续研究奠定基础。

Abstract

In this paper in order to alleviate the market demand for Scutellaria baicalensis and solve the problems of decreased yield and quality of Scutellaria baicalensis due to blind fertilization in the field, this experiment changed the fertilization scheme to an optimized orthogonal fertilization method with three factors and four levels of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, the effects of different nutrient application ratios on the agronomic traits and soil indicators of Scutellaria baicalensis at harvest time were studied, and the membership function method and fertilizer effect equation were used to calculate the optimal fertilization plan that meets the local soil fertility. The results show that: Under different fertilization treatments, increased nitrogen fertilizer application is beneficial to the aboveground growth and development of Scutellaria baicalensis and the increase of soil fertility, increasing phosphorus fertilizer application is beneficial to root growth and development and dry weight yield, increasing potassium fertilizer application can improve the resistance of Scutellaria baicalensis plants; Through the comprehensive evaluation of membership function, it was found that the comprehensive membership function value of N1P2K2 treatment was the largest, and the performance of various plant indicators was also good; Based on the fitting functions of ternary quadratic, bivariate quadratic, and unary quadratic functions, the optimal nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilization rates were found to be 113.15 kg hm-2 for nitrogen, 150.00 kg hm-2 for phosphorus, and 80.00 kg hm-2 for potassium. These results can be used as a fertilization reference for the key stages of early Scutellaria baicalensis production in this experimental area, laying the foundation for subsequent research.
