Based on the temporal characteristics of auditory perception and the laws of human thinking, this paper demonstrates the inevitability of ABA form as a universal principle in musical organization. It summarizes four types of contrasting materials in ABA form (tonality, chord structure, mode/tonal pattern, functional and non-functional chords), and proposes a "triangular crystal" hierarchical model that nests at micro, meso and macro levels. The study shows that ABA form is not merely a musical form template, but the inherent logical externalization of music as a temporal art. Through multi-dimensional empirical analysis of classical, romantic, impressionist and modern music works, it further reveals the core aesthetic mechanism of ABA form in hierarchical nesting, color opposition and climax construction. It conforms to the traditional Chinese aesthetic logic of "introduction, elucidation, transition and conclusion", as well as the objective laws of human auditory perception and artistic expression. It has universal guiding significance for analyzing music works of different periods and styles, and also provides theoretical reference for contemporary music creation, film and television soundtrack and algorithmic composition.
