摘要
创新是经济发展的核心动力，对创新成果的有效保护是确保这一动力持续喷涌、推动产业向高端跃迁的关键基石。 2025年全球经济进入知识经济深度融合关键期，现代服务业作为经济增长的核心引擎，其高端化的水平直接影响产业竞争力。同时，全球贸易保护主义抬头、规则体系"碎片化"，中国服务企业国际化面临规则适配与纠纷风险；且产业内部"冷热不均"，中小企业受资金、技术、人才限制，难以突破低端化困境。在此背景下，破解全球规则壁垒与国内产业失衡、赋能现代服务业突破低端锁定实现高端延伸，以及界定创新成果保护对服务业高端化的驱动路径与效应机制，成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文聚焦创新成果保护与现代服务业高端延伸两大核心内容。以当前全球与国内服务业发展中的现实问题为导向，系统研究创新成果保护对服务业高端延伸的实际效应，为推动服务业向高附加值、高技术含量、高知识密集度方向升级，培育具有全球竞争力的高端服务企业提供理论参考。
Abstract
Innovation is the core driving force of economic development, and the effective protection of innovative achievements is the key cornerstone to ensure the continuous gushing of this driving force and promote the industry to the high-end. In 2025, the global economy will enter a critical period of deep integration of knowledge economy. As the core engine of economic growth, the high-end level of the modern service industry will directly affect the competitiveness of the industry. At the same time, with the rise of global trade protectionism and the "fragmentation of the rule system", the internationalization of Chinese service enterprises is facing the risk of rule adaptation and dispute; and the "uneven cold and heat" within the industry, small and medium-sized enterprises are limited by capital, technology and talents, and it is difficult to break through the dilemma of low-end. Against this background, breaking the global rule barriers and the imbalance of the domestic industry, empowering the modern service industry to break through the low-end lock to achieve high-end extension, and defining the driving path and effect mechanism of the protection of innovative achievements on the high-end of the service industry have become urgent problems to be solved at present.This article focuses on the two core contents of the protection of innovative achievements and the high-end extension of the modern service industry. Guided by the current real problems in the development of the global and domestic service industry, we will systematically study the practical effects of the protection of innovative achievements on the high-end extension of the service industry, promote the upgrading of the service industry to the direction of high added value, high technical content and high knowledge intensity, and provide theoretical reference for the cultivation of high-end service enterprises with global competitiveness.关键词
