The rapid development of generative AI brings new opportunities to library digital inclusion services. As a benchmark for generative AI, DeepSeek, with its excellent performance and broad application potential, will deeply drive the innovative development of library digital inclusion services. Taking DeepSeek as an example, this study comprehensively employs scenario analysis and theoretical construction methods to explore how generative AI drives innovation in library digital inclusion services from the aspects of technical principles, application scenarios, and implementation paths. Based on analyzing the mapping relationship between DeepSeek's technical principles and library digital inclusion services, it constructs application scenarios for library digital inclusion services such as intelligent resource retrieval, hierarchical literacy education, accessibility for disadvantaged groups, and universal sharing of cultural resources. Furthermore, based on the socio-technical systems theory, it constructs an implementation path framework encompassing resource restructuring, ethical governance, service optimization, and talent collaboration, providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for the innovation of library digital inclusion services.
