In-depth exploration of the influencing factors of cooperative willingness of philosophy and social science researchers under the organized research paradigm is of great significance for accurately matching the needs of researchers with national strategic goals, breaking down interdisciplinary collaboration barriers, mobilizing researchers' enthusiasm for cooperation, and providing theoretical support and practical pathways for constructing an organized research ecosystem in philosophy and social sciences. Based on the theory of planned behavior, value co-creation theory, and social exchange theory, this study sorts out and designs nine potential influencing factors of organized research. Using 746 survey questionnaires filled out by researchers in the field of philosophy and social sciences as the data foundation, the Logit-ISM model is adopted to define the influencing factors and their hierarchical structure of cooperative willingness of philosophy and social science researchers under the organized research paradigm. Ordered Logit regression analysis shows that cooperative benefits, fairness of outcomes, trust and risk, cost-benefit trade-off, multi-agent collaboration, resource sharing and integration, and incentive mechanisms have significant impacts on the cooperative willingness of philosophy and social science researchers under the organized research paradigm. The ISM model further reveals that resource sharing and integration is a surface-level direct driving factor; multi-agent collaboration, cooperative benefits, and incentive mechanisms are middle-level indirect influencing factors; and fairness of outcomes, trust and risk, and cost-benefit trade-off are deep-level root factors.
