摘要

在时间序列分析中,一个常见的问题是网络中存在一些观测不到数据的节点,这些节点也被称为隐藏节点。隐藏节点的存在给网络重构等问题提出了挑战。目前提出的隐藏节点检测方法大多应用于非延时耦合网络。基于这些问题,本文把网络延时和隐藏节点这两个困难结合起来,利用随机重置方法,提出了探测延时耦合网络中隐藏节点的流程,并利用数值模拟进行了验证,同时还探讨了随机重置的参数和系统的噪声、耦合强度等参数对探测结果的影响。

Abstract

In time series analysis, a common problem is that there are some nodes in the network with no observable data. These nodes are also called hidden nodes. The existence of hidden nodes poses challenges to problems such as network reconstruction. Most of the currently proposed hidden node detection methods are applied to non time-delayed coupling networks. Based on these problems, this paper combines the two difficulties of network time-delay and hidden nodes, uses the random variable resetting method, and proposes a set of processes for detecting hidden nodes in time-delayed coupling networks. The numerical results have verified the validity of the theoretical analysis. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the impact of factors such as the parameters of the random resetting method, system noise, and coupling strength on the detection results.
