摘要

本文聚焦区块链智能合约支撑的数据资产交易平台,针对其面临的信用难题,构建了一个三方演化博弈模型,系统揭示技术可靠性、制度威慑力与节点治理有效性三者协同作用下平台信用的演化机制,结论发现:技术漏洞会系统性折损智能合约的威慑效力,表明技术刚性是任何制度规则得以有效执行的底层基础;提高针对交易方的罚金虽能显著抑制其机会主义行为,但对平台节点行为的影响甚微,揭示了节点治理层相对于交易规则层具有稳定性与独立性;节点合谋概率存在一个临界阈值,揭示了节点治理是系统的关键点。本文提出以技术可靠为基础、制度威慑为保障以及节点治理为核心的协同治理逻辑,为构建高信任度的数据要素市场化基础设施提供管理启示。

Abstract

This paper focuses on data asset trading platforms supported by blockchain smart contracts. In response to the credit challenges they face, a three-party evolutionary game model is constructed to systematically reveal the evolutionary mechanism of platform credit under the synergistic effects of technical reliability, institutional deterrence, and node governance effectiveness. The findings show that technical vulnerabilities systematically undermine the deterrent effect of smart contracts, indicating that technical rigidity serves as the underlying foundation for the effective implementation of any institutional rules. Although increasing penalties on transacting parties can significantly curb their opportunistic behavior, it exerts little impact on the behavior of platform nodes, revealing that the node governance layer is relatively stable and independent compared with the transaction rule layer. There exists a critical threshold for the probability of node collusion, demonstrating that node governance constitutes the key point of the system. This paper proposes a collaborative governance logic based on technical reliability, guaranteed by institutional deterrence, and centered on node governance, providing managerial insights for the construction of high-trust market-oriented infrastructure for data elements.
