数字金融平台数据要素价值释放机制与治理路径探究

摘要
研究基于资源基础观视角，从理论-历史-现实逻辑三方面探究数字金融平台数据要素价值形成与发展逻辑；研究明确平台五大核心要素，揭示数据通过增值、乘数、跨界三大效应实现价值跃迁的规律，针对生产要素制约、生产关系失衡、全链条风险三大障碍，提出产权分置、要素协同、全周期风险治理三维路径。本研究通过构建微观框架展开研究，为平台高效释放数据价值提供理论与实践支撑。
Abstract
Based on the resource-based view, this study explores the formation and development logic of data element value in digital finance platforms from three dimensions theoretical historical and realistic logic. It identifies the five core elements of the platform, reveals the law of data value transition through three effects value-added multiplier and cross-border effects, and proposes a three-dimensional governance path property right separation factor synergy and full-cycle risk governance targeting three major obstacles production factor constraints production relation imbalance and full-chain risks. This study develops its analysis by constructing a micro-level analytical framework, and provides theoretical and practical support for digital financial platforms to efficiently unleash the value of data.关键词
