摘要

【目的】本研究旨在探讨BACH1在砷诱导HaCaT细胞恶性增殖过程中的动态变化。【方法】收集0.1 μM NaAsO2长期处理致HaCaT细胞恶性增殖过程各关键代数(0、1、7、14、21、28、35代)的细胞,Rt-qPCR和western blot实验用于检测各关键检测带你BACH1的动态表达,线性回归模型用于趋势分析。【结果】随着染砷代数增加,BACH1的mRNA及蛋白水平呈显著的线性升高趋势(P<0.05)。【结论】在砷诱导HaCaT细胞恶性增殖过程中BACH1的表达呈持续升高趋势,可能促进了HaCaT细胞的恶性增殖。

Abstract

【Objective】This study aims to investigate the dynamic changes of BACH1 during arsenic-induced malignant proliferation of HaCaT cells.【Methods】HaCaT cells at key passages (0, 1, 7, 14, 21, 28, and 35) were collected during the process of malignant proliferation induced by long-term treatment with 0.1 μM NaAsO?. RT-qPCR and western blot were used to detect the dynamic expression of BACH1 at each key time point, and a linear regression model was applied for trend analysis.【Results】With the increase of exposure passages, both the mRNA and protein levels of BACH1 showed a significant linear upward trend (P < 0.05).【Conclusion】During arsenic-induced malignant proliferation of HaCaT cells, the expression of BACH1 continuously increases, which may promote the malignant proliferation of HaCaT cells.
