摘要
针对第三方企业主导的废钢铁回收再利用闭环供应链中存在的信息不透明、数据真实性不足、多主体协同信任缺失、物流监管困难及结算效率偏低等问题,对区块链技术在该领域中的应用进行了研究。通过梳理废钢铁回收再利用流程中的主要风险,结合区块链去中心化、不可篡改、可追溯和智能合约等特性,构建了由数据集成系统、区块链底层支撑系统和供应链管理优化系统组成的治理架构,并设计了基于 Hyperledger Fabric、PBFT 共识机制、链上链下协同存储及智能合约的实现方案。研究认为,区块链技术能够为废钢铁回收、运输、质检、炉次匹配和结算等关键环节提供可信的数据记录与共享机制,为废钢铁回收再利用闭环供应链治理优化提供技术思路和理论参考。。
Abstract
To address the problems of information opacity, insufficient data authenticity, lack of trust among multiple stakeholders, difficulties in logistics supervision, and low settlement efficiency in the third-party-led closed-loop supply chain of scrap steel recycling and reuse, the application of blockchain technology in this field is explored. By analyzing the major risks in the scrap steel recycling and reuse process and incorporating the characteristics of blockchain, including decentralization, immutability, traceability, and smart contracts, a governance architecture is developed, consisting of a data integration system, a blockchain infrastructure support system, and a supply chain management optimization system. Furthermore, an implementation scheme is proposed based on Hyperledger Fabric, the PBFT consensus mechanism, on-chain and off-chain collaborative storage, and smart contracts. The study indicates that blockchain technology can provide a trusted mechanism for data recording and information sharing in key links such as scrap steel recycling, transportation, quality inspection, furnace-batch matching, and settlement, thereby offering a technical approach and theoretical reference for optimizing the governance of the closed-loop supply chain for scrap steel recycling and reuse.关键词
