摘要
针对注塑机动力单元优化选型与降本增效需求,以由内啮合齿轮泵、伺服电机及驱动器组成的动力单元为研究对象,围绕通过提高转速实现节省空间与成本的可行性展开分析。通过实验平台对噪声、转速、温升等关键参数进行测试验证,结果表明,该高转速动力单元可使注塑机干周期节能约2%,技术降本约15%,安装空间节省约40%,且整体噪声低于行业标准。最终得出高转速动力单元具备实际应用价值、将成为市场竞争激烈的注塑行业未来发展趋势的结论。
Abstract
In response to the demand for optimized selection, cost reduction and efficiency improvement of injection molding machine power units, the feasibility of saving space and cutting costs by increasing rotational speed was analyzed taking the power unit composed of internal gear pump, servo motor and driver as the research object. Key parameters including noise, rotating speed and temperature rise were tested and verified through an experimental platform. The results show that the high-speed power unit achieves an energy saving of about 2% in dry cycle, an approximately 15% technical cost reduction and around 40% installation space saving for injection molding machines. Additionally, the overall noise was lower than industrial standards. Finally, it is concluded that the high-speed power unit has practical application value and will become a future development trend of the highly competitive injection molding industry.关键词
