摘要

为探讨1BL/1RS易位在不同亚基下对小麦品质的影响,以215份至少含一个优质亲本的小麦高代品系为材料,通过1BL/1RS特异分子标记进行鉴定,比较易位系与非易位系在蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、微量沉降值、容重等品质指标上的差异。结果表明,215份高代品系材料的1BL/1RS易位率为16.28%,且易位会导致蛋白质和湿面筋含量显著升高,但微量沉降值和容重极显著下降。在1亚基下,易位仅导致微量沉降值显著下降;在N亚基和5+10亚基下,易位导致蛋白质和湿面筋含量升高,同时导致微量沉降值和容重降低;在7+8和7+9亚基下,易位导致微量沉降值和容重下降。在亚基组合下,仅1/7+9/2+12组合携带易位时各项品质指标无明显劣变,表现出良好的品质稳定性。综上所述,1BL/1RS易位对品质具有双重效应,合理搭配HMW-GS组合可有效削弱其负面影响,其中1/7+9/2+12是兼顾抗逆性与品质稳定的优异亚基组合。

Abstract

In order to explore the effect of 1BL/1RS translocation on wheat quality under different high-quality subunits, 215 high-generation wheat lines with at least one high-quality parent were identified by 1BL/1RS specific molecular markers, and the differences in protein content, wet gluten content, micro-sedimentation value, bulk density and other quality-related traits between lines with and without 1RS/1BL translocation were analyzed. The results showed that the 1BL/1RS translocation rate of 215 advanced lines was 16.28%, and the translocation resulted in a significant increase in protein and wet gluten content, but a significant decrease in micro-sedimentation value and bulk density. In the locus of HMW-GS 1, translocation only led to a significant decrease in the micro-sedimentation value; for loci null and 5+10, translocation resulted in the increase of protein and wet gluten content, and the decrease of micro-sedimentation value and bulk density. For loci7+8 and 7+9 subunits, translocation led to a decrease in micro-sedimentation value and bulk density. As for HMW-GS combination, only lines with HMW-GS combination of 1/7+9/2+12 and translocation had no significant deterioration in quality-related traits, showing good quality stability. In summary, 1BL/1RS translocation has a dual effect on quality, and a reasonable combination of HMW-GS can effectively weaken its negative effects. HMW-GS combination 1/7+9/2+12 is an excellent subunit combination that takes into account both stress resistance and quality stability.
