摘要

[目的] 针对水平轴潮流能水轮机双向流捕获难、低速启动慢等工程瓶颈,设计一种基于二次函数型叶根小翼的自变距水轮机。[方法] 结合BEM与Wilson理论设计变截面叶片,构建不同构型与面积的小翼模型,通过CFD数值计算、力矩解耦分析与水槽实验,探究小翼几何参数对水轮机影响。[结果] 二次型小翼性能优于线性,仅占展长15%的小翼可提供超70%变桨力矩;优选出的15%二次小翼模型性能最佳。[局限] 现阶段研究基于准定常CFD模拟与水槽缩比物理模型试验,暂未考虑非定常波流耦合特征、叶片双向流固耦合弹性颤振以及高雷诺数条件下的尺度效应。[结论] 该无源自变距设计方案实现了低速启动与高速自适应卸载保护的平衡,为水平轴潮流能水轮机的设计提供了重要实验依据。

Abstract

[Objective] Aiming at the engineering bottlenecks of horizontal axis tidal current turbine, such as difficulty in bidirectional flow capture and slow start-up at low speed, a self-pitch turbine based on quadratic function blade root winglet is designed.[Methods] The variable cross-section blade is designed by combining BEM and Wilson theory, and the winglet models with different configurations and areas are constructed. Through CFD numerical calculation, torque decoupling analysis and flume experiment, the influence of winglet geometric parameters on turbine is explored.[Results] The performance of the quadratic winglet is better than that of the linear winglet, and only the winglet with 15 % span length can provide more than 70 % pitch torque. The optimized 15 % secondary winglet model has the best performance.[Limitations] At present, the research is based on quasi-steady CFD simulation and flume scale physical model test, and the unsteady wave-current coupling characteristics, two-way fluid-solid coupling elastic flutter of blades and scale effect under high Reynolds number conditions are not considered.[Conclusions] The passive self-pitch design scheme realizes the balance between low-speed start-up and high-speed adaptive unloading protection, which provides an important experimental basis for the design of horizontal axis tidal current turbine.
