摘要
人工智能技术的快速发展正在深刻重塑法律服务的生产方式与律师职业的生态格局。法律人工智能与律师职业的融合发展，并非简单的技术嵌入工具替代，而是一场涉及技术逻辑、职业伦理与制度架构的体系性变革。本文以“法律科技伦理”理论框架为核心分析工具，系统考察法律人工智能的部署模式、自主决策责任配置、伦理治理体系构建以及律师职业适应性重构等关键议题。研究认为，法律人工智能与律师职业的高质量融合，律师职业已经从传统的“委托人——律师”二元结构向“委托人——律师——技术”三元框架进化，对此应以伦理治理体系的建立完善为先决条件，以责权利配置的制度化为核心保障，以人机协作新范式作为实践归宿。技术向善唯有法律科技伦理的制度化嵌入，才能实现从工具理性到价值理性的实质性跨越。
Abstract
The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology is profoundly reshaping the production mode of legal services and the ecological pattern of the legal profession. The integration and development of legal artificial intelligence and the legal profession is not simply a replacement of technology embedded tools, but a systematic change involving technological logic, professional ethics, and institutional architecture. This article uses the theoretical framework of "Legal Technology Ethics" as the core analytical tool to systematically examine key issues such as the deployment mode of legal artificial intelligence, allocation of autonomous decision-making responsibilities, construction of ethical governance system, and reconstruction of lawyer professional adaptability. Research suggests that the high-quality integration of legal artificial intelligence and the legal profession has led to the evolution of the legal profession from the traditional binary structure of "client lawyer" to a ternary framework of "client lawyer technology". To achieve this, the establishment and improvement of an ethical governance system should be a prerequisite, the institutionalization of responsibility and rights allocation should be the core guarantee, and a new paradigm of human-machine collaboration should be the practical destination. Only by institutionalizing the integration of legal, technological, and ethical principles can technology achieve a substantial leap from instrumental rationality to value rationality.关键词
