高碳行业低碳转型风险传导机制与应对策略研究综述
A Review of Research on the Transmission Mechanisms of Low-Carbon Transition Risks in High-Carbon Industries and Corresponding Mitigation Strategies

以2011到2024年收录于中国知网（CNKI）和Web of Science（WOS）的相关文献为分析对象，从高碳行业低碳转型风险的界定、原因、分类、测度、传导机制及应对策略等方面综述研究成果。研究发现：学界对企业低碳转型风险的界定呈现多样化；资金、能源和技术是导致风险发生的主要原因；对低碳转型风险的分类有风险发生原因/潜在后果和风险发生阶段两个标准；风险测度方法主要有单一风险和多类风险两种；风险传导机制即风险源通过传播介质传导到特定节点来影响到风险接受者；针对低碳转型中的不同风险有特定的应对策略。高碳行业低碳转型风险研究可向增加对风险关联后的研究、为被忽视的风险类别制定量身定制的应对策略、以及选择适当的测度方法提供准则等方面拓展延伸。
Abstract
This review analyzes relevant literature indexed in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science (WOS) from 2011 to 2024, synthesizing research findings on the low-carbon transition risks of high-carbon industries. The synthesis covers the definition, causes, classification, measurement, transmission mechanisms, and mitigation strategies of these risks. The study finds that: (1) scholarly definitions of corporate low-carbon transition risks are diverse; (2) capital, technology, and energy are the primary causes of these risks; (3) classifications of low-carbon transition risks are based on two criteria - causes/potential consequences and stages of risk occurrence; (4) risk measurement methods mainly fall into two categories - single-risk and multi-risk approaches; (5) the risk transmission mechanism involves risk sources propagating through transmission media to specific nodes, thereby affecting risk recipients; and (6) specific mitigation strategies exist for different risks associated with low-carbon transitions. Future research on low-carbon transition risks in high-carbon industries can be extended in several directions, including increasing studies on interrelated risks, developing tailored mitigation strategies for neglected risk categories, and providing guidelines for selecting appropriate measurement methods.关键词
