植物内质网衍生结构研究进展

摘要
植物细胞内膜系统具有高度可调节的特点,多种具备特殊功能的植物内质网衍生结构运输特定的货物进入液泡或其它目的地。这些功能特化的内质网衍生结构不仅可作为储存细胞器,还参与特定蛋白质的处理、激活和分选,在植物生长发育和逆境胁迫响应中发挥重要作用。本文主要简述了目前内质网衍生结构功能多样性的研究进展,并对内质网小体及新型内质网衍生结构的研究进展进行综述,以期为解析植物生长发育和对环境的响应机制提供参考。
Abstract
The endomembrane system in plant cells exhibits a remarkable degree of regulability. Within this system, A variety of endoplasmic reticulum-derived structures with specialized functions in plants transport specific cargo to vacuoles or other destinations.Beyond functioning as storage organelles, these specialized ER-derived structures are actively involved in the processing, activation, and sorting of proteins, thereby playing essential roles in plant growth, development, and responses to both abiotic and biotic stresses. This review briefly outlinesrecent advances in understanding the functional diversity of ER-derived compartments, and provides a systematic review of research advances on endoplasmic reticulum bodies and novel endoplasmic reticulum-derived structures, with the aim of offering a reference for elucidating the mechanisms underlying plant growth, development and environmental responses.关键词
