高重现性液相色谱分离聚酯树脂方法研究

聚酯树脂是由多元醇与多元酸缩聚而成的高分子聚合物,具备优异的力学性能、电绝缘性能与低吸水性,在涂料、纤维、薄膜等领域应用广泛。由于聚酯大分子易在色谱柱上产生吸附,导致液相色谱分离重现性较差,影响检测准确性。本实验通过在流动相中添加少量聚酯,优化再冲柱流程与平衡时间,探究提升分离重现性的条件。结果表明,流动相添加聚酯、增加再冲柱步骤、控制平衡时间约4h,可显著降低峰漂移与峰面积波动,实现高重现性分离。该方法稳定可靠,可为聚酯树脂的质量检测与分析提供技术参考。
Abstract
In this paper polyester resin is a polymer obtained by polycondensation of polyols and polyacids. It has excellent mechanical properties, electrical insulation and low water absorption, and is widely used in coatings, fibers, films and other fields. Due to the adsorption of polyester macromolecules on the chromatographic column, the reproducibility of liquid chromatography separation is poor, which affects the detection accuracy. In this study, a small amount of polyester was added to the mobile phase, the re-equilibration procedure and equilibration time were optimized to explore the conditions for improving separation reproducibility. The results show that adding polyester to the mobile phase, increasing the re-equilibration step, and controlling the equilibration time at about 4 h can significantly reduce peak drift and peak area fluctuation, and achieve high reproducibility separation. This method is stable and reliable, and can provide a technical reference for the quality detection and analysis of polyester resins.关键词
