摘要

为了研究车削工艺参数对QT500铸铁被加工表面质量的影响,选取加工表面粗糙度、表面硬度和表面残余应力三项指标研究了球墨铸钢加工表面质量的变化规律,确定可行工艺参数组合。使用CKQ-L6450型数控车床对切削速度v、进给速度f和切削深度ap三个工艺参数进行正交实验研究。结果表明:影响表面粗糙度Sa的最大因素为进给速度,粗糙度随着进给速度的增大而增大,为了获得较小的表面粗糙度进给速度越小越好;影响表面硬度的最大因素为切削深度,表面硬度随着切深的增大先减小后增大,为了获得较大的表面硬度应选择合适的切削深度;影响残余应力的最大因素为切削速度,残余应力随着切削速度的增大先较小后增大,为了获得较大的压应力应选择合适的切削速度。综合考虑QT500铸铁较好的加工工艺参数为:v=70m/min,f=0.05mm/r,ap=0.05mm。本研究结果可以为QT500车削加工工艺制定提供参考依据。

Abstract

In order to explore the influence of turning process parameters on the machined surface quality of QT500 cast iron, three indicators-surface roughness, surface hardness and surface residual stress-were selected to study the variation patterns of machined surface quality, thereby determining feasible process parameter combinations. Orthogonal experimental research was conducted on three process parameters-cutting speed (v), feed rate (f), and cutting depth (ap)-using a CKQ-L6450 CNC lathe. The results indicate: the primary factor affecting surface roughness (Sa Study on the surface quality of QT-500 ductile iron during turning machining) is the feed rate, with roughness increasing as the feed rate rises. To achieve lower surface roughness, the feed rate should be minimized. The main factor inStudy on the surface quality of QT-500 ductile iron during turning machiningfluencing surface hardness is the cutting depth, where hardness initially decreases and then increases with greater cutting depth. For higher surface hardness, an appropriate cutting depth should be selected. The primary factor affecting residual stress is the cutting speed, with residual stress first decreasing and then increasing as cutting speed rises. To achieve greater compressive stress, an optimal cutting speed should be chosen. Considering all factors, the recommended process parameters for QT500 cast iron are: v=70 m/min, f=0.05 mm/r, ap=0.05 mm. These findings provide a reference basis for formulating turning process parameters for QT500.
