摘要

硼烷作为结构可调的非金属路易斯酸催化剂,已广泛应用于还原、C-H官能化、环化等多种有机反应,展现出温和高效、选择性优异等特点。Nazarov电环化反应是构建环戊烯酮结构最有效方法之一,在天然产物与药物分子合成中具有重要应用,传统催化体系存在反应条件苛刻、选择性调控困难等问题。将硼烷催化体系应用于Nazarov反应,可有效活化底物、促进4π电环化高效进行,已在不对称环化、串联反应及天然产物全合成中取得重要进展。本文针对硼烷催化的各类有机反应、Nazarov反应以及硼烷催化Nazarov反应的研究进展进行了归纳总结。

Abstract

Boranes, as metal-free Lewis acid catalysts with tunable structures, have been widely used in various organic reactions including reduction, C-H functionalization and cyclization, featuring mild conditions, high efficiency and excellent selectivity. Nazarov electrocyclization is one of the most efficient approaches for the construction of cyclopentenone frameworks and plays an important role in the synthesis of natural products and pharmaceutical molecules. However, traditional catalytic systems suffer from drawbacks such as harsh reaction conditions and difficulties in selectivity control. The application of borane catalytic systems to Nazarov reactions can effectively activate substrates and promote efficient 4π electrocyclization, and remarkable progress has been achieved in asymmetric cyclization, tandem reactions and total synthesis of natural products. This paper summarizes the research progress of various borane-catalyzed organic reactions, Nazarov reactions and borane-catalyzed Nazarov reactions.
