旅游服务互动中的感激表达回音效应
The echo effect of gratitude expression in tourism service interactions
摘要
感激表达在人际互动中普遍存在, 既有研究多从单次互动或单一主体视角探讨其积极作用, 而对其在持续互动中的动态演化关注不足。尤其是旅游服务互动中的感激表达, 因其规范具有开放性、互动具有对等性与延续性, 且依托网络连通性, 更容易在多轮互动中被不断回应与扩展。基于此, 本文提出感激表达的回音效应, 用以刻画感激表达在互动过程中通过多次反馈不断延展其影响的动态现象。在此基础上, 本文设计两个研究模块共三项研究, 一是构建感激表达回音效应的理论框架; 二是从双向互动视角解析并检验感激表达的作用机制。本文有助于将感激表达研究由静态视角拓展至动态互动过程, 并为理解情绪表达在服务情境中的持续作用提供新的理论整合视角。
Abstract
Gratitude expression is ubiquitous in interpersonal interactions. Prior research has primarily examined its positive effects from the perspective of a single interactions or a single actor, with limited attention to its dynamic evolution in ongoing interactions. Notably, in tourism service interactions, gratitude expressioncharacterized by open expressive norms, reciprocal and continuous interaction, and network connectivityis particularly likely to be continually acknowledged, reciprocated, and amplified across multiple rounds of interaction. In response, this manuscript proposes the echo effect of gratitude expression to describe the dynamic phenomenon whereby the influence of gratitude expressions is continuously extended through repeated feedback during the interaction process. Building on this conceptualization, the manuscript develops two modules comprising three studies. The first module constructs a theoretical framework for the echo effect of gratitude expression. The second adopts a bidirectional interaction perspective to analyze and test the underlying mechanisms through which gratitude expressions exert their effects. This manuscript extends gratitude research from a static perspective to a dynamic, process-oriented one, and offers a novel integrative theoretical lens for understanding the sustained role of emotional expressions in service contexts.关键词
