Crack Mechanism and Optimization Measures for 17-4PH Alloy Forging Billets
摘要
本研究针对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb(17-4PH)马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢在锻造过程中频发的表面开裂问题,通过系统的实验分析与表征,揭示了其开裂机理并提出了相应的工艺优化方案。研究结果表明,钢中出现铁素体含量高且ε-Cu析出相成为裂纹源。因此,设计成分及热处理制度,解决0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢在锻造过程中发生的表面开裂问题。
Abstract
This study focused on the frequent surface cracking problem that occurs during the forging process of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel. Through systematic experimental analysis and characterization, the cracking mechanism was revealed and corresponding process optimization schemes were proposed. The research results show that the high ferrite content in the steel and the ε-Cu precipitated phase become the source of cracks. Therefore, the design of composition and heat treatment regime is carried out to solve the surface cracking problem that occurs during the forging process of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel.关键词
