作弊的决策过程及机制
How individuals decide to cheat: Processes and mechanisms
摘要
作弊是指违反规则或规范以获取不公平优势或利益的行为，会影响社会公正及公众信任。对作弊决策过程及机制的探讨，能为助推社会诚信提供更精准可行的治理策略。鉴于此，本文综合已有理论及最新研究发现，将作弊决策细分为利益权衡、风险评估、道德判断和行为选择四个核心过程，并以此构建理论框架，呈现决策中的成本与收益权衡、风险评估、理性道德判断等认知过程的加工序列及相互作用机制，并阐明个体如何在权衡多重因素后做出行为选择。在此基础上，将神经生理机制和调控因素整合到模型中，以丰富模型的解释力。最后，本文从神经机制的多元整合、细化年龄发展轨迹、人工智能时代新挑战等方面对未来研究进行展望，旨在进一步优化模型体系，为新时代的诚信建设和社会治理创新提供新思路。
Abstract
Cheating is defined as the intentional and surreptitious violation of rules or norms to secure an undeserved advantage, thereby eroding social justice and public trust. Understanding the decision-making processes and mechanisms underlying cheating is essential for developing precise and feasible strategies to foster social integrity. Drawing upon established theories and recent empirical findings, this article delineates the cheating decision-making process into four core stages: benefit-cost trade-off, risk assessment, moral judgment, and behavioral choice. On this basis, a theoretical framework is constructed to elucidate the sequential processing and interactive mechanisms of cognitive processesnamely, cost-benefit analysis, risk evaluation, and rational moral deliberationand to explain how individuals arrive at behavioral choices after weighing multiple factors. Furthermore, neurophysiological mechanisms and moderating variables are integrated into the model to enhance its explanatory power. Finally, this article identifies future research directions from three perspectives: multi-level integration of neural mechanisms, refinement of age-related developmental trajectories, and emerging challenges in the era of artificial intelligence, with the aim of further refining the theoretical framework and offering novel insights for integrity building and the innovation of social governance in the new era.关键词
