摘要
针对锚链轮零件进行铸造工艺性分析,设计浇注系统和补缩系统,采用AnyCasting模拟软件对铸造工艺方案进行模拟,针对模拟结果预测可能出现的铸造缺陷,发现充型过程中金属液流动状态不稳定,且在浇口处易形成叠加热节,凝固过程中热节没有被冒口完全消除,据此对铸造工艺方案进行优化,并对优化后工艺方案进行再次模拟,发现金属液冲击铸型、浇口处形成热节、冒口对热节的补缩不完全等问题得到了解决。最后为进一步提升铸件质量,合理设置冷铁和排气系统,使整个铸造工艺更加完善。
Abstract
The casting process analysis of the anchor chain wheel parts was carried out, and the gating system and the feeding system were designed. The AnyCasting simulation software was used to simulate the casting process scheme. According to the simulation results, the possible casting defects were predicted. It was found that the flow state of the molten metal was unstable during the filling process, and it was easy to form a superimposed hot spot at the gate. During the solidification process, the hot spot was not completely eliminated by the riser. Based on this, the casting process scheme was optimized, and the optimized process scheme was simulated again. It was found that the problems such as the impact of the molten metal on the mold, the formation of the hot spot at the gate, and the incomplete feeding of the riser to the hot spot were solved. Finally, in order to further improve the quality of castings, the chill and exhaust system are reasonably set up to make the whole casting process more perfect.关键词
