摘要
静态工作点的稳定性直接决定晶体管共射放大电路的信号放大质量与工作可靠性。为对比不同偏置方式的稳定效果,为模拟放大电路的工程选型提供依据,本文采用理论推导、Multisim 仿真与定量分析相结合的方法,系统研究了固定偏置、分压式偏置和集电极 - 基极偏置三种典型共射放大电路。定量分析了电源电压波动、环境温度变化与三极管β参数离散性三类因素对静态工作点的影响规律,计算并对比了三种电路的稳定系数。研究表明,分压式偏置电路的稳定系数接近 1,在电源电压变化±16.7%、温度变化 50℃和β变化±50% 的条件下,集电极电流变化率分别低于 20%、4% 和 10%,抗干扰能力显著优于另外两种电路。固定偏置电路稳定性最差,仅适用于低要求场合;分压式偏置电路是工程应用中的首选偏置方案。
Abstract
The stability of the quiescent operating point directly determines the signal amplification quality and operational reliability of the transistor common-emitter amplifier circuit. To compare the stabilization effects of different biasing configurations and provide a basis for engineering selection of analog amplifier circuits, this paper adopts a method combining theoretical derivation, Multisim simulation and quantitative analysis to conduct a systematic study on three typical common-emitter amplifier circuits with fixed bias, voltage-divider bias, and collector-base bias, respectively. The influence of three types of factors, namely power supply voltage fluctuation, ambient temperature variation, and discreteness of the triode β parameter, on the quiescent operating point is quantitatively analyzed, and the stability coefficients of the three circuits are calculated and compared. The research findings indicate that the stability coefficient of the voltage-divider bias circuit is close to 1. Under the conditions of ±16.7% power supply voltage variation, 50℃ temperature variation, and ±50% β variation, the variation rates of the collector current are lower than 20%, 4%, and 10% respectively, and its anti-interference capability is significantly superior to that of the other two circuits. The fixed bias circuit has the worst stability and is only suitable for low-requirement applications; the voltage-divider bias circuit is the preferred biasing scheme in engineering applications.关键词
