摘要

蛋白激酶C受体1A(RACK1A)是真核生物高度保守的WD40型支架蛋白,也是拟南芥RACK1家族中功能研究较为深入的成员。该蛋白由串联WD40重复结构单元折叠形成β-螺旋桨构型,可通过多分子互作界面参与信号组分的募集与调控。基于近年来拟南芥RACK1A相关研究进展,本文综述了其在植物生长发育、逆境胁迫响应及转录后调控等过程中的功能,并对RACK1A的后续研究方向进行展望。

Abstract

Receptor for Activated C Kinase 1A (RACK1A) is a highly conserved WD40-repeat scaffold protein in eukaryotes and one of the most extensively studied members of the Arabidopsis RACK1 family. This protein is composed of tandem WD40 repeat units that fold into a β-propeller architecture and can participate in the recruitment and regulation of signaling components through multiple molecular interaction interfaces. Based on recent advances in research on Arabidopsis RACK1A, this review summarizes its functions in plant growth and development, stress responses, and post-transcriptional regulation, and discusses future research directions for RACK1A.)
